the hotel's location was ideal, with convenient access to the city hospital, which was beneficial in case of any emergencies.
Despite the overall comfort of the hotel, the flushing system in the toilet frequently got choked, which was a minor inconvenience. it did not overshadow the positive aspects of the hotel.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the location was perfect, with a serene and picturesque ambiance that provided a relaxing atmosphere. the staff were polite and well-behaved, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. the rooms were comfortable and we slept well, despite the initial struggle with mountain sickness. the hotel facilities were great, especially the delicious cuisine and the efficient business meeting services. it was a pleasant experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
The flushing system in the toilets did encounter some issues and could use some improvement.

The hotel provided elegant amenities, including private gym and pool, beyond my expectations. the 24, hour room service was prompt, and every staff member, even the security agent, was courteous. Plus, the in, house restaurant's chefs showcased excellent culinary skills, and the bar's cocktails were outstanding. the hotel's location was central and easily accessible.
Albeit a minor issue, the room lacked USB outlets, which made charging electronic devices challenging. Nevertheless, the Wi, Fi was fast and did not falter even once.
